David Vellon was introduced as the newest member of the University of San Diego football team after scoring the final touchdown of the 2018 Fall Scrimmage.

Vellon is a nine-year-old from Poway, California, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

We spoke with head coach Dale Lindsey about the special moment and previewed the upcoming season with senior quarterback Anthony Lawrence.
