JAKARTA – PT Liga Indonesia Baru (PT LIB) spoke up following a beating carried out by a group of Bobotoh ahead of the Persib Bandung fight against Persija Jakarta. In a written statement, PT LIB as the competition operator called it a very serious incident.

The CEO of PT LIB, Risha Adi Widjaya, promised to immediately coordinate with relevant parties, in order to resolve the issue. The hope is that, in the future there will be no similar violence involving supporters of football clubs in the country.
